1. Event character & purpose

The events serve to showcase services and staging examples in the field of event design and planning. These are private events with a showcase character, where elements such as music, decoration, catering, entertainment, and artistic performances are presented as examples of professional event design. The events are aimed exclusively at registered members or invited guests.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Participation in an event is only possible with active membership or by express invitation.

3. Showcase, Music & Performance

Musical performances (e.g., DJs, live music), light installations, performances, and other forms of expression may be part of the experience. These serve to create an atmospheric atmosphere and are not intended for commercial entertainment.

Dance and movement may arise organically from the course of the event. Participation in such elements is voluntary. This is not a public dance event as defined by the Spanish Public Events Act ("espectáculos públicos").

4. Exclusivity & non-publicity

The events are not open to the public. The location and schedule will be communicated to registered members or invited guests in a timely manner.

5. Participation fee & membership costs

A participation fee is required for each event, which serves as a contribution to the implementation of the experience. This fee may vary depending on the format and location. Membership is not an admission ticket, but rather a prerequisite for access to the closed network.

6. Food & Drinks

Food and beverages are sold on-site by external service providers at their own expense. The organizer does not act as a catering provider. The payment and liability conditions of the respective providers apply.

The organizer assumes no liability for any allergic reactions, intolerances, or quality defects. Members are asked to inquire directly with the provider about ingredients and origin.

7. Photo and video recordings

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for documentation, self-promotion, and presentation of the event formats. By participating, the member agrees that images in which they are recognizable may be used for brand communication purposes. Revocation is possible in writing.

8. Dress code: Participation in the event requires compliance with the communicated dress code and the design motto.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to guests if these requirements have clearly not been observed.

The events are part of an aesthetically designed showcase experience – clothing and appearance are part of the overall concept.

9. Disclaimer

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for damage to clothing, health, or property unless this is due to gross negligence or intent.

10. Final Provisions By purchasing membership and/or participating in an event, the member accepts these Terms and Conditions in full. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
