Welcome to Our Terms & Conditions!
We’re delighted that you’d like to attend our event. These T&Cs are here to help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for everyone. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them during the event.
1. General Information and Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for events organized by “ISYS Club,” represented by Luxury Home Mallorca SL by Mareike Jakél (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “attendee”) accepts these terms.
2. Conclusion of Contract & Payment
By confirming your order, you enter into a binding agreement to attend the event. Prices include all applicable taxes, and payment must be made in full in advance. Payment is processed through the available methods for your convenience and security.
3. Returns and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. However, as this is a leisure event, we do not offer refunds or cancellations in accordance with Article 103, Section L of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act. If the event is canceled or postponed, you will of course be refunded or offered participation on the rescheduled date.
4. Minimum Age & Dress Code
4.1 Minimum Age
All attendees must be at least 21 years old to participate. Please bring valid ID for age verification to avoid any misunderstandings.
4.2 Dress Code
We kindly ask that you follow our dress code to contribute to the festive atmosphere of the event. If the dress code is not followed, we reserve the right to deny entry. In this case, the ticket price will not be refunded.
4.3 Drug Policy
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, the possession and use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.
5. Liability & Safety Regulations
5.1 General Liability Disclaimer
The Organizer is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.
5.2 Personal Injuries
Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injuries unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
5.3 Third-Party Services
We are not liable for services provided by third-party companies (e.g. catering, security, technical services). Any claims must be directed to the respective providers.
5.4 Venue Responsibility
Responsibility for venue maintenance and safety lies with the venue operator. The Organizer is not liable for damages arising from the condition of the premises.
6. Safety & On-site Conduct
6.1 Safety Measures
Please look after your safety and that of others by following staff instructions. Safety measures will be clearly marked on-site and communicated by staff. Detailed information will be provided as needed.
6.2 Arrival & Departure
The Organizer is responsible only for safety within the event premises. Travel to and from the venue is at the attendee’s own risk.
6.3 Emergencies & Evacuation
In case of emergency, please follow all directions from security staff. Thank you for your cooperation – your safety is our top priority.
7. Food & Beverages
7.1 Outside Food & Drinks
Please note that bringing your own food and beverages is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
7.2 Food & Drink Sales On-site
Delicious food and refreshing drinks will be available from professional vendors. The Organizer is not liable for allergies or health issues resulting from consumption.
7.3 Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol will only be served to guests of legal drinking age. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who are visibly intoxicated or do not adhere to these Terms.
8. Data Protection under Spanish Law
We value your privacy. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Spanish data protection laws (Ley Orgánica 3/2018).
8.1 Data Collection & Processing
Your data is collected exclusively for ticket processing and event participation. It will only be shared when necessary to fulfill the contract.
8.2 Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to request restriction of processing. You may contact us at any time regarding your rights.
9. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions to continue offering the best service possible. Changes will be published on our website and take effect upon publication.
10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Jurisdiction is the Organizer’s registered office – Palma de Mallorca.

Durch den Kauf eines Tickets und die Teilnahme an unserer Veranstaltung erklären Sie sich als Besucher mit diesen Sicherheitsvorgaben und Hinweisen einverstanden. Diese AGB klären Sie als Besucher über Risiken und das richtige Verhalten innerhalb der Veranstaltungsfläche auf und verdeutlichen, dass die Teilnahme auf eigenes Risiko erfolgt.
1. Bodenunebenheiten und Stolperstellen
Stolperfallen: Achten Sie auf Bodenunebenheiten, wie hervorstehende Kanten und Absätze, insbesondere wenn diese 2 cm oder mehr betragen.
Rutschige Oberflächen: Seien Sie vorsichtig auf glatten, rutschigen oder nassen Flächen, insbesondere bei Regen, verschütteten Flüssigkeiten oder in Bereichen nahe Bars und Toiletten.
Kabel und Schläuche: Eventuell verlegte Kabel oder Schläuche sind abgeklebt, können aber Stolpergefahr darstellen. Bitte achten Sie auf die Markierungen.
2. Treppen, Stufen und Rampen
Handläufe verwenden: Nutzen Sie die Handläufe an Treppen und Rampen, um zusätzliche Stabilität zu haben.
Stufenhöhe beachten: Besonders bei ungleichmäßigen oder nicht deutlich markierten Stufen können Sie leicht stolpern. Halten Sie Ausschau nach Warnmarkierungen oder Kennzeichnungen.
Barrierefreiheit: Bevorzugen Sie bei Mobilitätseinschränkungen barrierefreie Eingänge und gekennzeichnete Wege.
3. Wasserflächen und Rutschgefahr
Ertrinkungsgefahr bei Wasserflächen: Bei Wasserflächen, die 5 cm oder tiefer sind, besteht Ertrinkungsgefahr, insbesondere für Kinder. Halten Sie Abstand und achten Sie auf entsprechende Warnhinweise.
Nasse Bodenflächen: Rund um Wasserflächen oder in der Nähe von Wasserspielen kann es zu Rutschgefahr kommen. Gehen Sie vorsichtig und beachten Sie eventuelle Warnschilder.
4. Sicherheits- und Notausgänge
Notausgänge frei halten: Notausgänge und Fluchtwege müssen jederzeit zugänglich sein. Achten Sie darauf, keine Hindernisse in diesen Bereichen zu platzieren.
Notausgangswege einprägen: Informieren Sie sich über die Lage der Notausgänge und den Verlauf der Fluchtwege, um im Notfall schnell reagieren zu können.
Sicherheitsmarkierungen beachten: Folgen Sie im Notfall den beleuchteten Markierungen und Hinweisschildern.
5. Geländer und Absperrungen
Abgrenzungen nicht übertreten: Geländer, Absperrungen und Markierungen sind zur eigenen Sicherheit aufgestellt. Halten Sie Abstand und betreten Sie diese Bereiche nicht.
Balkone und erhöhte Flächen: Seien Sie besonders vorsichtig in Bereichen mit Balustraden oder Balkonen. Lehnen Sie sich nicht über die Geländer und vermeiden Sie Gedränge an diesen Stellen.
6. Elektrische Geräte und technische Installationen
Abgesperrte Technikbereiche: Halten Sie Abstand zu Bereichen mit elektrischen Geräten, Verstärkern, Lichttechnik oder offenen Kabeln.
Keine Berührung von Kabeln und Geräten: Berühren Sie keine Geräte oder Installationen, insbesondere keine offen liegenden Kabel oder Schalter.
7. Menschenmengen und Engstellen
Gedränge vermeiden: Vermeiden Sie Engstellen und große Menschenmengen, um das Risiko von Stürzen oder Gedränge zu minimieren.
Orientierung bei hoher Besucherzahl: Behalten Sie Ihre Begleitpersonen im Blick und sprechen Sie sich ab, um sich nicht zu verlieren oder ungewollt in Menschenansammlungen zu geraten.
8. Feuergefahren und offenes Licht
Abstand zu offenem Feuer: Achten Sie auf Feuerquellen wie Fackeln, Kerzen oder Feuerstellen und halten Sie ausreichend Abstand.
Keine leicht entflammbaren Gegenstände: Bitte bringen Sie keine leicht entflammbaren Materialien oder Flüssigkeiten mit und achten Sie auf entsprechende Warnschilder. Oder haltn Sie entsprechend audreichenden Sicherheitsabstand von mindestens 2 Metern.
9. Sicherheitsanweisungen des Personals
Anweisungen befolgen: Das Personal ist zu Ihrer Sicherheit geschult und kann auf potenzielle Risiken hinweisen. Befolgen Sie Anweisungen oder Hinweise des Sicherheits- oder Veranstaltungspersonals.

These Terms & Conditions inform you, the attendee, about potential risks and proper conduct in the event of panic or emergency situations. They also clarify that participation is at your own risk.
1. General Notice on Participation at Own Risk
1.1 Personal Responsibility and Risk Awareness
Participation in the event is at your own risk. The organizer [Organizer Name] assumes no liability for injuries or damages resulting from panic, emergencies, or other incidents in large crowds, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the organizer.
1.2 Preparation and Conduct Responsibility
It is the attendee’s responsibility to prepare for the event and to be aware of the potential risks associated with large gatherings. This includes knowing how to behave in the event of crowding, panic, or emergency evacuation procedures.
2. Behavior in Panic and Emergency Situations
2.1 Stay Calm and Control Your Reactions
In case of panic or emergency, attendees must remain calm and avoid unnecessary movements or shouting to prevent escalating the situation.
2.2 Move Safely and Avoid Congestion
Attendees should move cautiously and avoid crowding. Support an orderly flow of movement. Pushing, rushing, or overtaking others must be avoided to minimize the risk of injury.
2.3 Awareness of Emergency Exits
It is the responsibility of each attendee to familiarize themselves with the location of emergency exits upon entering the venue. In an emergency, attendees must use the nearest exit in a calm and safe manner.
3. Safety Instructions and Staff Guidance
3.1 Obligation to Follow Staff Instructions
Attendees must follow all instructions given by security personnel, especially in emergencies. Trained staff are responsible for ensuring safety. Failure to comply is at the attendee’s own risk.
3.2 Use of Assembly Points and Emergency Areas
Security personnel may direct attendees to assembly points or designated safety areas. Attendees are required to follow such instructions and remain in these areas until further notice.
4. Health & Fitness Considerations
4.1 Physical Fitness Requirements
Each attendee is responsible for assessing their physical ability to safely attend the event. Especially in crowded situations or where prolonged standing is expected, adequate fitness is essential.
4.2 Pre-existing Conditions
Attendees with health issues should consider in advance whether participation in a crowded event is suitable for them. The organizer assumes no liability for any health complications exacerbated by the event environment.
5. Attendee Conduct and Self-Protection
5.1 Precautions in Crowds
In densely packed areas, attendees are advised to stay calm, cross their arms in front of their chest, and prepare to move away safely if needed. The organizer is not liable for injuries caused by crowd pressure or overcrowding.
5.2 Avoidance of Hazardous Zones
Attendees must stay clear of tight spaces, bottlenecks, or restricted areas to avoid the risk of injury due to crowd surges or pressure.
5.3 Emergency Assistance & Mutual Consideration
In the event of a fall or emergency, attendees are encouraged to assist others as long as it does not pose a personal risk. Consideration for fellow guests is essential.
6. Liability Disclaimer in Emergency Situations
6.1 Personal Responsibility & Exclusion of Liability
The organizer is not liable for personal or material damages caused by panic, unexpected crowd movements, or emergencies, unless due to gross negligence or intent.
6.2 No Liability for External Emergency Events
The organizer assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from unforeseen external events (e.g., natural disasters, terrorist acts, sudden emergencies) that may lead to panic or danger.
7. Pre-Event Information & Briefings
7.1 Organizer Safety Instructions
The organizer will provide information on safety measures and emergency exits via on-site signage and announcements. It is the attendee’s responsibility to review and understand this information.
7.2 Personal Responsibility for Safety Awareness
Attendees must actively take in all relevant safety and emergency instructions and prepare themselves accordingly.
