for the Purchase and Sale of Event Tickets
Welcome to our General Terms and Conditions! We’re pleased that you’d like to attend our event. These T&Cs help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth experience for everyone. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them throughout the event.
1. General Information and Scope
These T&Cs apply to the purchase of tickets for events organized by "ISYS Club," represented by Luxury Home Mallorca SL (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “attendee”) accepts these terms.
2. Conclusion of Contract and Payment
By confirming your order, you enter into a binding contract to attend our event. Prices include all applicable taxes, and payment is made in full in advance. Transactions are processed using the available payment methods to ensure convenience and security.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. However, since this is a leisure event, we do not offer refunds or cancellations in accordance with Article 103, Section L of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act. If the event is canceled or postponed by the Organizer, you will either be refunded the ticket price or offered participation on the new date.
Force Majeure
In the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, civil unrest, etc.) that make it impossible to hold the event, there is no entitlement to compensation. Payments already made may be retained or transferred to a new date at the discretion of the Organizer.
4.1 Minimum Age
All attendees must be at least 21 years old. Please bring a valid ID for age verification to avoid misunderstandings.
4.2 Dress Code
We kindly ask that you follow our dress code to help maintain the festive atmosphere of the event. Non-compliance may result in denied entry without refund.
4.3 Drug Policy
To ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, the possession and consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund.
5. Liability and Safety Measures
We do our best to provide a safe environment for our guests. However, we would like to share the following liability policies with you:
5.1 General Liability Disclaimer
The Organizer is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability applies only to the breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to foreseeable, typical damages under the Spanish Civil Code (Código Civil).
5.2 Personal Injuries
Participation in the event is at your own risk. Liability for injuries or health issues is excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
5.3 Third-Party Services (e.g., Catering, Technical, Security)
The Organizer accepts no liability for services provided by third-party providers. These companies operate independently, and any claims (e.g., catering quality, technical failure, safety issues) must be directed to the respective service provider.
5.4 Venue Liability Disclaimer
The Organizer is not liable for damages or accidents resulting from structural or safety-related defects at the event venue. Responsibility for maintenance, safety, and accessibility lies solely with the venue operator.
6. Traffic Safety and On-Site Conduct
6.1 Safety Measures
Please pay attention to your safety and that of others, and follow the instructions of staff. Various safety measures will be in place, as indicated by signs and staff guidance. Detailed information will be provided on-site.
6.2 Arrival and Departure
The Organizer is only responsible for safety on the immediate event grounds. Travel to and from the venue is at your own risk.
6.3 Emergencies and Evacuation
In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of the security staff. We appreciate your cooperation, as your safety is our top priority.
7. Food and Beverages
7.1 Outside Food and Drinks
Please understand that bringing your own food and beverages to the event venue is not permitted unless expressly authorized.
7.2 On-Site Food and Drink Sales
Delicious food and refreshing beverages will be available on-site from professional vendors. The Organizer is not liable for any intolerances or health issues resulting from their consumption.
7.3 Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol will only be served to guests of legal drinking age. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals who are visibly intoxicated or who violate the house rules or essential provisions of these T&Cs. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Photography and Recordings (Right to One’s Own Image)
Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By entering the event grounds, you agree that image and sound recordings of you may be used for marketing and documentation purposes. You may object at any time (on-site or by email). If you do not wish to be recorded, it is your responsibility to stay clear of cameras or inform our staff in advance. Please note that wide-angle and group shots may be taken where individual exclusion is not possible.
9. Data Protection under Spanish Law
We value your personal data. We process your data in accordance with the Spanish data protection regulations (Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales).
9.1 Data Collection and Processing
Your data will be collected solely for the purposes of managing membership, ticket purchases, and event execution. Data will only be shared if necessary to fulfill the contract.
9.2 Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, as well as to request a restriction of processing. Please contact us at any time regarding your data rights.
10. Indemnification by Attendee
The attendee agrees to indemnify the Organizer (Luxury Home Mallorca SL), its legal representatives, and agents against any third-party claims arising from event participation or breaches of these T&Cs, unless caused by the Organizer’s intent or gross negligence.
11. Acceptance of T&Cs for Third-Party Ticket Purchases
By purchasing a ticket for another person (e.g., friend or family member), you confirm that the person is aware of and agrees to these T&Cs. You are responsible for forwarding this information to them.
Please note that commercial resale of tickets is not permitted. Access to the event is generally limited to registered members only.
12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These T&Cs are governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction is the Organizer’s registered office – Palma de Mallorca.

Slippery Surfaces: Be cautious on smooth, wet, or slippery areas, particularly in case of rain, spilled drinks, or near bars and restrooms.

Cables and Hoses: Any cables or hoses placed on the ground will be marked or taped down, but may still present a tripping hazard. Please pay attention to any markings.
2. Stairs, Steps, and Ramps

Use Handrails: Please use handrails on stairs and ramps to ensure stability.

Mind Step Height: Uneven or poorly marked steps can easily lead to tripping. Look out for warning signs or colored markings.

Accessibility: If you have limited mobility, use designated accessible entrances and pathways.
3. Water Areas and Slip Risk

Drowning Risk: Water features deeper than 5 cm can pose a drowning hazard, particularly for children. Keep a safe distance and observe warning signs.

Wet Surfaces: Around water features or fountains, floors may be slippery. Walk carefully and heed any posted warnings.
4. Emergency Exits and Safety Routes

Keep Exits Clear: Emergency exits and evacuation routes must be accessible at all times. Do not place any items or obstruct these areas.

5. Railings and Barriers

7. Crowds and Tight Spaces

Avoid Crowding: Stay clear of bottlenecks and dense crowds to reduce the risk of falls or pressure from pushing.

Stay Oriented: Keep an eye on your group and make meeting points clear to avoid getting lost in large gatherings.
8. Fire Hazards and Open Flames

Keep Distance from Flames: Stay well away from open flames such as torches, candles, or fire pits.

No Flammable Items: Do not bring flammable materials or liquids, and maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters from any fire source.
9. Instructions from Event Staff

Follow Staff Guidance: Event staff are trained for your safety and may point out potential hazards. Please follow all instructions and safety advice given by the security or event team.

By purchasing a ticket and attending our event, you as a visitor agree to these safety guidelines and instructions. These Terms and Conditions are designed to inform you about risks and appropriate behavior in panic or emergency situations, and make clear that participation is at your own risk.
1. General Notes on Participation at Your Own Risk
1.1 Personal Responsibility and Risk Awareness
Participation in the event is at your own risk. The organizer Luxury Home Mallorca SL assumes no liability for damages or injuries caused by panic, emergencies, or other incidents in large crowds, unless due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the organizer.
1.2 Preparation and Behavioral Responsibility
Visitors are responsible for preparing themselves adequately and being aware of the potential risks associated with large gatherings. This includes knowing how to behave appropriately during crowding, panic, or evacuation procedures.
2. Behavior in Panic and Emergency Situations
2.1 Stay Calm and Control Your Behavior
In the event of a panic or emergency, visitors must remain calm and avoid unnecessary movements or shouting to prevent causing or escalating panic.
2.2 Safe Movement and Avoiding Crowds
Visitors are encouraged to move carefully and avoid dense crowds. Support orderly movement and avoid pushing, overtaking, or running to minimize the risk of injury.
2.3 Awareness of Emergency Exits and Escape Routes
It is the visitor’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the location of emergency exits and escape routes upon entering the venue. In an emergency, the visitor is responsible for using the nearest exit safely.
3. Safety Instructions and Staff Guidance
3.1 Obligation to Follow Instructions
Visitors must follow all instructions from security personnel, especially during emergencies. Staff are trained to ensure the safety of attendees. Failure to comply is at the visitor’s own risk.
3.2 Use of Assembly Points and Emergency Areas
Security staff may direct visitors to designated assembly points or emergency areas. Visitors must follow these instructions and remain there until further notice is given.
4. Limitations and Health/Fitness Considerations
4.1 Physical Fitness Requirements
Visitors are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness before attending the event. Endurance is especially important for long periods of standing or being in crowded spaces.
4.2 Pre-Existing Conditions
Visitors with health conditions should carefully consider whether participating in a crowded event is suitable for them. The organizer is not liable for any health issues aggravated by crowding or emergency situations.
5. Visitor Responsibility and Self-Protection
5.1 Protective Measures in Dense Crowds
In the event of heavy crowding, visitors are advised to remain calm, cross their arms in front of their chest, and prepare to exit the area. The organizer cannot be held liable for damages caused by overcrowding.
5.2 Avoiding Dangerous Areas and Bottlenecks
Visitors are responsible for avoiding potentially hazardous areas, bottlenecks, and barriers to reduce the risk of pressure from crowds.
5.3 Emergency Assistance and Mutual Consideration
In the event of falls or other emergencies, visitors are expected to assist others when possible and without putting themselves at risk.
6. Disclaimer of Liability in Emergency or Panic Situations
6.1 Personal Responsibility and Exclusion of Liability
The organizer is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from panic, unforeseeable crowd movements, or emergencies, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
6.2 External Emergency Events
The organizer is not liable for damages caused by unforeseeable external influences (e.g., natural disasters, terrorist attacks, sudden emergencies) that lead to panic or dangerous situations.
7. Pre-Event Instructions and Information
7.1 Information Provided by Organizer
The organizer will provide information through signage and on-site instructions about safety measures and escape routes. Visitors are responsible for reading and following these instructions.
7.2 Self-Responsibility for Information
Visitors are obligated to review all relevant safety and emergency preparedness information and to act responsibly in the event of an emergency.
Final Provisions
These safety guidelines are an integral part of the event’s Terms and Conditions and participation requirements. The organizer kindly requests that all attendees follow these rules to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
