1. Type of Membership

Classic Membership – Free of Charge

Classic membership in the ISYS Club is free of charge and comes with no obligations. It’s an invitation to become part of a carefully curated community.

Our showcase events are not public gatherings, but exclusive, thoughtfully staged evenings – accessible only to members.

As a member of the ISYS Club, you’ll have the opportunity to attend these closed showcase events.

As a registered member, you will be informed about upcoming events and can apply for participation or reserve a spot, depending on availability.

It is also possible to book a paid VIP Membership, which offers prioritized access to exclusive services.

First Access for VIPs – 5 Days Early & Priority for VIP Spots

The VIP Membership offers exclusive benefits – for those who want to be closer to the action:

• Five days early access to event registration

• Priority allocation of VIP seats and limited-access spots

• Participation in Inner Circle experiences with special encounters

• Exclusive previews, behind-the-scenes insights & creative co-creation opportunities

As a VIP member, you will be the first to be informed – about upcoming events, projects, special ideas, and more.

2. Term and Cancellation

Your membership continues for as long as you wish to remain part of the ISYS Club. Membership is open-ended and automatically renews unless cancelled with one (1) week’s notice. Cancellation can be made at any time via email. Fees already paid by Royal VIP members are non-refundable upon cancellation.

3. Membership Fees

Regular membership is free of charge. The VIP Membership requires an annual fee, the amount of which will be announced at the time of booking. Event-related fees (e.g., for participation in showcase evenings) are charged separately.

4. Exclusion of Members

The ISYS Club reserves the right to exclude members at any time and without stating reasons, if a member’s behavior or attitude is deemed inconsistent with the values of the community.

5. Non-Transferability

Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Use by third parties is not permitted. By registering, you also confirm that your information is correct and complete.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is used exclusively for communication related to membership and participation in events. Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for specific program elements (e.g., with catering partners).

By accepting membership, you agree to receive information and updates about ISYS Club activities via electronic communication. This typically includes around 10 to 20 emails per year. More details can be found in the privacy policy.

7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

ISYS Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email or through the website. If a member does not object within 14 days, the changes are considered accepted.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The ISYS Club brand is represented by Luxury Home Mallorca SL, managed by Mareike Jakél / B72560493.

All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

9. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
